    Served as a pair, choose from pork, chicken or “poblano” peppers and cheese. Each tamale is homemade with savory spices then rolled in cornmeal dough. The tamale is steamed in a corn husk.

    Seafood Tostada $10

    Fresh fish or delicious marinated shrimp and refried beans spread over flat crispy corn tortillas, topped with cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cheese and sour cream.

    Flautas $9

    Three rolled, crispy corn tortillas filled with your choice of beef, chicken or cheese topped with cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cheese and sour cream.

    Gringa $14    For two $25

    Enjoy chicken basted in “guajillo” sauce. Served sizzling hot from the grill on a bed of sautéed onions, bell peppers, and pineapple with melted cheese. Served with flour tortillas. Steak ($ 15.99, For two $ 29.99)

    Gringa Trio $18  For two $31

    Enjoy chicken, steak and shrimp basted in “guajillo” sauce. Served sizzling hot from the grill on a bed of sautéed onions, bell peppers, and pineapple with melted cheese. Served with flour tortillas.

    Chile Relleno $10

    A “poblano” pepper stuffed with “calabacitas” or cheese, dipped in egg batter and pan-fried until crisp.

     

    Fish Tamal

    A fresh fish filet soaked in "achiote" sauce combined with red onion, grilled squash and a bit of refried beans, cooked inside a corn husk for maximum flavor.
