    Traditional Mexican with a twist. This fire roasted “poblano” chile with a spread of cream cheese stuffed with a steamed tamale of your choice (cheese, pork, or chicken) is the perfect marriage of two classic dishes.

    Tender chicken breast smothered with our rich “mole “ sauce.

    Huarache de Nopal $13

    A delicious tender chicken breast baked with “poblano”, green and red peppers, spread with cream cheese and topped with a red mild sauce. Served on a savory grilled cactus leaf.

    Chicken Roses $13

    A chicken breast over a bed of grilled cucumbers named for its delicious aura. The aroma of roasted carrots, red cabbage, smokey ancho chiles, toasted sesame seeds, and dark mole surpasses any sophisticated bouquet.

    Grilled salmon fillet smothered in an avocado, cilantro glaze. Complex, creamy, tart, and extremely fresh; it is blatantly obvious Chef Nora has made this dish with love.

    Fish Tamal $15

    A fresh fish filet soaked in“achiote” sauce combined with red onion, grilled squash and a bit of refried beans, cooked inside a corn husk for maximum flavor.

    Huachinango a la Veracruzana $15

    Lime marinated grouper made with green and red peppers, corn, carrots, and a hint of rosemary. Steamed inside a banana leaf to hold the aroma and rich flavor. Topped with red pepper sauce.
